The Majlis Pusat Logo was designed to give the organisation a fresh visual identity as it enters a new millennium. The easily identifiable logo symbolises unity in strength through association. It also expresses the aspiration for excellence and higher achievements. These values are depicted by a spire of a “Rumah Minang” architecture which also bear root to the Malay culture and identity. The “Rumah Minang” spire was an integral element in the original logo and is retained to emphasise continuity of vision. The circular formation represents association and unity. The logo type (Cantoria MT) was selected to enhance the sense or order and establishment.
Colour
The yellow (Tangerine) space depicts the horizon that is bright, like a rising sun at dawn of a new era. The green (dark turquoise) on the other hand depicts heritage and Islamic belief that guides our cultural development. The combination of tertiary colours such as dark turquoise and tangerine gives the logo a fresh and exciting feel. |
